At Solazura Boutique, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and reliable. We currently ship to customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, major sales events, or periods of high order volume.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

United States

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days via USPS
Shipping Cost: $7.99 flat rate for orders under $75
Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping

Canada

Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days
Shipping Cost: $15.99 flat rate
Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping

Australia

Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days
Shipping Cost: $19.99 flat rate
Free Shipping: Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, import fees, or additional charges required by their destination country.

Solazura Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or unpaid import fees.

Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages due to warehouse availability or fulfillment location. If your order ships separately, each package will receive its own tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier scans your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

Solazura Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Solazura Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
